Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are prepared after successful payment review. We may contact you if shipping information is incomplete or requires confirmation.

Orders are fulfilled from our international fulfillment center. Delivery times vary by destination and begin after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking and Delivery Proof
When tracking is available, we will add the tracking number to the order and send a shipping notification to the checkout email.
Orders must be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout and reflected in the payment transaction details.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Product prices and shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be assessed by the destination country.
If such charges apply, they are the customer's responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.
